Rules of Stay at Chata Groń

  1. General Provisions
    1. These Rules set out the terms of use of the Chata Groń property, operated by Pharmamed Michał Łach, registered office: ul. Stokowa 5, 31-764 Kraków, Poland, NIP (Tax ID): 6782756346, REGON: 120618359 (hereinafter: the “Service Provider” or the “Property”).
    2. The purpose of these Rules is to ensure the safety, comfort, and orderly stay of all Guests.
    3. Making a reservation and commencing a stay at the Property constitutes the Guest’s acknowledgment of and agreement to comply with these Rules.
    4. In the event of a breach of these Rules, the Service Provider may refuse to continue providing services, and the Guest may be required to vacate the Property immediately without refund of the stay costs.
  1. Stay Period
    1. The stay period at Chata Groń runs from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
    2. An extension of the stay is possible only by prior arrangement with the Service Provider and is subject to availability.
  1. Check-in and Check-out
    1. Check-in is carried out after full payment for the stay has been settled and a refundable security deposit has been paid.
    2. The Guest is required to present an identity document at check-in if requested.
    3. On the day of departure, the Guest must vacate the Property by 10:00 a.m. and inform the Service Provider that the Property is ready to be handed over.
    4. The Property will be inspected by staff, and the deposit will be returned within 3 business days after departure (less any costs for repairs or extraordinary cleaning, if applicable).
  1. Rules for Use of the Property
    1. Guests must keep the Property in proper condition and comply with community standards as well as fire-prevention and health & safety regulations.
    2. The following are prohibited:
      • smoking inside the building, including e-cigarettes and similar products. Breaching this ban constitutes the Guest’s consent to cover deodorization of the building in the amount of PLN 1,500, as well as any fire brigade intervention costs if the DSO voice alarm system is triggered;
      • the use of open flames (except the fireplace);
      • using fireworks, sky lanterns, or open flames outside the building (other than at the designated fire-pit area);
      • removing any equipment or furnishings from the premises;
      • wearing high heels, ski boots, or other footwear that may damage the wooden floor inside the building;
      • organizing parties or events without the Service Provider’s consent.
    3. The fireplace may be used only with wood supplied or approved by the Property.
    4. The Guest must sort waste correctly; failure to do so will result in a charge in accordance with the current price list for additional services.
    5. In the event of damage to or destruction of any furnishings or equipment, the Guest must inform the Service Provider immediately.
  1. Quiet Hours and Order
    1. Visitors who are not registered Guests for the given stay are not permitted on the premises after 10:00 p.m. or before 9:00 a.m.
    2. Quiet hours apply on the premises (outdoors) from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
    3. Guests must behave in a way that does not disturb the peace or compromise the safety of others in the vicinity.
    4. The Service Provider may terminate the stay of persons who seriously disrupt order or the neighbors’ peace.
  1. Pets
    1. Pets may stay on the premises only by prior arrangement with the Service Provider.
    2. The refundable security deposit is increased by PLN 500 per pet.
    3. The pet owner is fully liable for any damage or soiling caused by their animal.
    4. Pets are not allowed in the hot tub, sauna, or on beds and upholstered furniture.
  1. Sauna and Hot Tub
    1. Use of the sauna and hot tub is permitted only with a prior reservation and payment in accordance with the current price list.
    2. The usage period is 3 hours, counted from the moment the facilities are made available.
    3. Only adults may use the hot tub and sauna; minors may do so only under adult supervision.
    4. The following are prohibited:
      • bringing glass, food, or alcohol into the spa area;
      • using the facilities while under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants;
      • starting the equipment without staff present (unless otherwise agreed).
  1. Guest Liability
    1. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction caused by them or by accompanying persons.
    2. The Service Provider is entitled to deduct due amounts from the security deposit and to charge the Guest for additional costs of repairs, cleaning, or disinfection.
    3. The Property is not liable for the loss of or damage to Guests’ belongings left unattended.
  1. Safety and Malfunctions
    1. Guests must immediately report any defects, breakdowns, or irregularities in the operation of the Property’s equipment.
    2. In the event of a fire or other hazard, promptly notify the emergency services and the Service Provider.
    3. The use of devices that may pose a fire risk (heaters, electric cookers, immersion heaters, etc.) is strictly prohibited on the premises.
    4. The premises are monitored by CCTV.
  1. Left Property
    1. The Service Provider is not responsible for the loss of or damage to the Guest’s personal belongings brought onto the premises.
    2. Items left behind may be returned at the Guest’s expense upon prior arrangement.
    3. If the Guest does not make contact within 14 days from the end of the stay, left items will be disposed of or donated to charity.
  1. Final Provisions
    1. Matters not regulated herein are governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, and other applicable laws of Poland.
    2. Any disputes arising from a stay at the Property shall be resolved amicably in the first instance.
    3. These Rules take effect on the date of publication on the website chatagron.pl and form an integral part of the short-term rental agreement.
