Booking and Cancellation Policy

  1. General Provisions
    1. This Policy sets out the rules for reservations, payments, cancellations, and the performance of short-term rental services at the Chata Groń property, operated by Pharmamed Michał Łach, registered office: ul. Stokowa 5, 31-764 Kraków, NIP (Tax ID): 6782756346, REGON: 120618359 (the “Service Provider” or the “Property”).
    2. Making a reservation constitutes the reserving person’s acknowledgment and acceptance of this Policy (the “Guest”).
    3. The Service Provider provides accommodation services in accordance with the offer presented on the website chatagron.pl or via other booking channels.
  1. Reservation of Stay
    1. A reservation may be made:
      • via the booking form available at chatagron.pl,
      • by contacting the Property by phone or e-mail.
    2. Confirmation of the reservation requires payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total value of the stay, based on a pro forma invoice or via online bank transfer.
    3. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the booking terms and is equivalent to concluding an agreement for the provision of short-term rental services.
    4. The remaining balance for the stay must be paid no later than one day prior to arrival, by bank transfer or online (where the payment system allows).
    5. One day prior to arrival, a refundable security deposit of PLN 2,000 must be paid. The deposit will be returned within 3 business days after the end of the stay, following an inspection of the property.
    6. If arriving with pets, the security deposit is increased by PLN 500 per animal.
  1. Payment Methods
    1. The deposit and remaining balance may be paid:

      • via online payment through an electronic payment system.
    2. All prices displayed on chatagron.pl are gross prices and include applicable taxes.
  1. Reservation Cancellation and Deposit Refund
    1. The Guest may cancel the reservation at any time by sending a notice to: info@chatagron.pl.
    2. In the event of a cancellation or the Guest’s no-show on the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
    3. In justified cases (e.g., sudden illness, unforeseen events), the Service Provider may—at the Guest’s request—offer to change the stay dates and apply the paid deposit to the new reservation.
    4. If the stay is cancelled for reasons attributable to the Service Provider (e.g., breakdown, force majeure), the Guest is entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid.
  1. Change of Reservation Dates
    1. The Guest may request a change of reservation dates no later than 60 days before the planned start of the stay.
    2. The change can be accommodated only subject to availability.
    3. The new dates must be agreed with the Service Provider and confirmed by e-mail.
  1. Stay Conditions
    1. The hotel day at Chata Groń runs from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
    2. The Guest is required to comply with the Rules of Stay available on the website.
    3. In the event of an early departure for reasons beyond the Guest’s control, the fee paid for the unused portion of the stay is non-refundable.
  1. Liability of the Parties
    1. The Service Provider is not liable for any damage arising from the Guest providing incorrect data when making a reservation.
    2. The Guest is responsible for any damage caused to the Property’s assets during the stay.
    3. In the event of damage or missing items, the Guest must cover the cost of repair or replacement, which may be deducted from the refundable security deposit.

    Complaints regarding services provided by the Property are handled in accordance with the Complaints Policy for Short-Term Rental Services, available at https://chatagron.pl/en/complaints-policy.

  1. Final Provisions
    1. Matters not regulated by this Policy are governed by the Polish Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, and other applicable provisions of Polish law.
    2. Any disputes arising in connection with the performance of the agreement shall be resolved amicably in the first instance.
    3. This Policy takes effect on the date of publication on chatagron.pl and remains in force until revoked.
